After the last issue I had with the service 4wd system was cleared from the dealer(codes in the TCM)I reloaded the R20 again and everything was ok. Still not to sure about it I went with the B&G tune after 3 days on the Diablo Tune. Had no issues on the B&G tune until this morning when I was backing out of the drive way. The Service 4wd system showed its evil face again. I have driven 2000 miles with the B&G tune with no issues, until now. I reloaded the stock tune and the message disappeared. I just don't know what is up with my ride. Any suggestions as to what the hell I should do?
Have you ever raced, dynoed or driven in 2 wheel dr mode ? If so you may have hurt the coupling in the transfercase. We have had a few in our group with the B&G and preditor with no problems WITH THE SAME MODS AS YOU WITH ONLY DIFFERENCE WE HAVE CA JEEPS.
Raced once at the track, no dyno or 2 wheel mode. Other than daily driving and nothing out of the way.
