This morn heading to work. Anyone know, does the 330i have that new bmw turbo 6 motor that's supposed to be so hot?? Cause if so they ain't shiat. I almost didn't post this cause it's almost not worth mentioning ... I didn't pull on this guy, I didn't walk him, I didn't blow by him, I didn't even kill him ... I MURDERED HIM!!!

Here's the quick details. Heading to work this am down this single lane road that gets bumper to bumper as all us working stiffs are trying to get out of the house and to work this idiot in a white BMW is literally 1 inch off my bumper. Don't care for Bimmers much and I REALLY don't care for bumper hogging like that, especially when traffic isn't going anywhere (don't you see the 100 cars stopped in front of me moron, you're not going anywhere!). So this road (Dave knows it, Quito Ave.) dumps out onto a 3 lane X-way (Lawerence) and I have to turn right at the first light to get to work. Well this idiot shoots by me and gives me a "you're a piece of sh!t" look. Uh no. Not today. And NOT from a BMW guy.

I jump right behind him and we get stopped at the next light up (Prospect Ave.) in the far right lane (the slow one) with one car in front of us. So I'm sitting behind him praying for the first car to either turn off or go fast enough so I get an opening. Light turns green and thankfully yea, that car turns right just on the other side of the light into a shopping center. Now it's on! This BMW guys floors it and starts to take off. I hit it, esp on thankfully cause the rears break loose for a sec and then hook and I ROCKET by him, it wasn't even funny. I mean I BLEW HIS FRICKIN DOORS OFF!!!! What's beyond a kill?? Murder?? I MURDERED him!! I went by him so fast I couldn't even see his face, it was just a blur. Loser. Almost can't even call it a kill, lol!

So, what I'm curious about is anyone know if the 330i has that new bmw turbo motor that's supposed to be all that?? Cause if so it ain't. Frickin BMWs man. :domotwak:

    iiiiiiiinteresting....good job big guy...

i had a 2001ish M3 try and play with me the other day but i think my flowmasters and him seeing the pillar gauges scared him off cause after doing the whole speed up/slow down thing...when i got on it a little he just pull in back of me and backed off  hahaha

are BMW's that wimpy or did they just know better than to mess w/ an SRT?? hahaha

Thanks Jeff. At first I thought it was the one with that turbo motor everyone's talking about but then after I WASTED his azz I realized it couldn't be. You know, I actually like BMWs it's just the guys driving them that I come across are pricks. Every last one. And I waste them all, I wish they'd just leave me alone (you're lucky Stevo). Don't have a whole lot of kills with my maggie but my fav was a blk M3 (last gen) on the hwy. I posted a thread on this, I think on the OC. Totally dickhead driver and pass. Cruising along mid morn w/little to no traffic I was minding my own business going bout 70. They come up behind me and mess with me. Blow by laughing but I was in no mood so I let it go. Then they SLOWED down, waited for me, got beside me and started pointing and laughing again. That was it. I slowed to bout 60 then gave them the "nod". At that speed you know what happened, I BLEW by them like they were standing still, it wasn't even funny. Then I slowed for THEM but they ignored me. Jackazzes. As they turned off at the next exit I was giving them the "one finger salute" x2! Seems like all bmw guys I come across are like that and this idiot this morn was no dif. Losers.

Hey there champ! Um yeah it is the 335 that has the 3.0 liter twin turbo that puts out 300whp and runs about 13.4 @ 108mph stock. Our car runs 410whp and 419WTQ and traps in the 118mph range.

The car you ran is a 3.0 liter naturally asperated 3 series. Sorry to burst your bubble. Either way the stock 335 would be a close race with the edge going to the SRT8.

FYI be weary of modded 335 specially the automatic ones. They are fast with many running mid to low 12s. A few are in the 11s.

Personally I still prefer the srt8 specially with twin turbos.

No "ix or (newer) xi" stands for all-wheel drive. The new turbo cars are 335i and 335ci. The new ///M3 should be a MONSTER with a 420HP V8. :fear:

Our customers with just our Helix Attache piggyback installed in their e92 335i reported wiping the floor with the E92 M3 racing them on the hiway. For the price delta between the 2 cars I am sure you can get a fine suspension system for the 335i that will settle the score in the twisys as well and still have $$ left over in your pockets.

I didn't mean to come across as hatin on BMWs, that's not what I meant, just their drivers. Maybe it's where I live but every single one I come across is a jackazz. This morning was no exception. And like I said, I didn't think the one I ran was the new turbo one cause I wasted it so badly but I just wanted to find out, don't worry you didn't burst my bubble bro, lol! Yea I'm sure modded they can be monsters but so can our SRT8s.

There does seem to be an alternate reality.... I've heard the Attache adds 50hp or so. That still wouldn't be enough to "wipe the floor" with a E92. Not trying to get into an argument about your product, my friend (I know you are the tuner for Helix). ...... Just seeing a little difference between what you are saying here, and what is said on the BMW boards. (Dyno numbers are BS anyway. I would like to see some comparative 1/4mi times instead :bigwink:)

My compliments on a successful product, tho. It looks like it has been well received in the BMW community.

Nice kill. The 330i has that twin turbo... something like 300 hp... I had one do a ricer flyby on me once. There was traffic, so I didn't pursue.

The 335i has the turbos.... NOT the 330i.

That's what I thought Jason but the way I roasted this guy it's not, it's the 335i that has the turbos (see Jeff's post, #3), not the 330i. I tell ya though by the way I wasted this guy I don't think it would have mattered. You know SpaRTan8 says to be weary of a modded 335, well, I think they should be weary of a modded SRT!! And I'm still waiting to find me a new M3.
