I love it too. Only thing I'm not feeling is the black front clip thing. Interrupts its flow for me and is only 'trendy' now. Otherwise, I'd get one in a heartbeat.

 

ZR1 has always been the moniker for the top of the line civilian form of racing corvette.

its not lack of imagination that is making them name it this, but tradition.

dodge doesnt have that tradition, not many do except for maybe ferrari (F series), porsche (911 series) and maybe BMW (m3, m5, m).

I'd buy that, but I don't remember any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Gen. Corvettes with the ZR-1 title.

 

sharp man we got here! youre right dude, that is because the original ZR1 didnt achieve fame until 1990 when it set the 24 hour world speed record.

"The ZR-1's box score? Three outright World Speed Records: 5000 kilometers at 175.710 mph, The 24 at 175.885 and 5000 miles at 173.791; plus four other FIA International marks in class CA-G2-C10."

all was done with an overweight, near stock, production 1989 ZR-1.
