Does anyone have the TEIN C/O's and how do they like them? I know 99.9 of the people that have the KW V1's/V2's love them. I've only driven Rick's (BUD) baby with the KWV2's (with the H-sway bars & DC strut tower brace) and all I can say is, "WOW"!

I'm talking pure C/O's here. Has anyone ever had the chance to test drive several vehicle's to try out the various C/O systems on them! It doesn't matter 300/Charger/Magnum.............................

All help is appreciated. MOMO stay away for this post you, "TERD"!

Didn't we do this thread already? I even remember calling over a guest speaker from LXforums who had the Teins. Remember? he was the guy who's Magnum they used to fit them. And then he installed the in cabin controller. Said they were pretty stiff but he liked them that way and he used the in cabin presets about 3 times a week?

If you're comparing look at the spring rates. KW and Eibach use very similar rates and difference front to back. Teins are using a stiffer rate and a different difference front to back.

Not only that, Ryan, but Rick tried calling you earlier today, but surprisingly enough, you didn't answer your phone! Go figure!

    OMG...

I don't even know if I can live up to the potential of this setup. The poor SOB (Ryan) has no clue what he's done to himself. Its' like one day he posts in spanish, the next, he only speaks English...

Someone slam this, please. Drew?!?! Markus?!?!

Thanks for all the help guys (MINUS THE BALD/FAT/MIDGET MOMO)! Rick it is right on with what you told me. For me and the style of driving I do it sounds like any of the three (3) will work for me. I had only heard of the Eibach's and KW's before. I remember someone writting something about another system, but could not remember. The person (s) that talked about the TEIN's didn't have anything bad to say.

The question I do have is someone mentioned the rough ride! Mine is not a daily driver, but with the preset's how could it be a rough ride as a daily driver. Can't you just change the setting, so you don't ever have a rough/stiff ride unless you want it to ride like that.

I drove Rick's Charger with the KWV2's and it rode tight and was very responsive. ME LIKEY MUCHO! I don't plan on adjusting the dam thing once a week much less once a month. I guess any of the systems will work and for the money the TEIN's have the cool EDC if I want to pay for it.

Ryan. Dear Ryan. What Dave and others have pointed out is that you started at LENGTHY thread about coilovers awhile back and all these questions were answered already... I believe a few folks even went so far as to research things for you...

Oh, I'm sorry, we didn't write back in Spanish... is that why your USE OF THE SEARCH feature did not work!?!?

ROTGLMAO!!! I swear, I kill myself sometimes...

BTW: the EDC is a nice thing to have to adjust dampening (not ride height). But if you ever plan on a strut tower brace, the two won't fit on the tower together. Just FYI.

    Oh...
    And by the way...
The Teins are, by far, the easiest to adjust of all available (even without the luxury of the EDFC unit) and have the most adjustments, so the ride can be very soft or very hard.
The reason they may not be popular is that they are not stainless bodies, are green (Hey Talon..green), and they were a late comer in the aftermarket shock market for the LX.. But in regards to the body construction not being stainless, I have never changed out a shock because it was corroded. The green is only seen on a lift or by getting a neck strain trying to see around the brake rotor.
Remember Bud is also ruunning Hotchkis Sways and these can definately make the ride handle well.

I would like to ride in a car with stock shocks and Hotchkis sways then ride in one with KV1s' or KV2s' without Hotchkis Sways.
The new shocks by StreetRace Tech seem really nice (and have a lot of adjustments)....but I haven't got an answer about what to do about the fronts, because they appear to only have a rear set available.

    Nate,

Thanks bro! I appreciate your time. I never thought about it, but the color doesn't matter to me. I don't even know if I will ever adjust the firmness, but with the EDC that might change. I have never lowered one of my vehicles much less changed out the shocks. Reason for the questions. I was unaware you guys went into that much depth and included the TEINS in my initial thread about the (EIBACHS vs. KW). Thanks, again.
