yeah...i thought that was the case... but trust me...ill get it back...cause i have been in this situation before...and i found where the guy lived...and had him arrested by 4 state police... i am not a good person to f with my money...
I was just talking with someone about this and we were wondering if he knew what he was going to do a LONG TIME ago. He was selling his Corvette for cheap considering the money that went into it...he was selling Kooks coated headers with cats for 1299, sways for like 275....points to "getting rid of all his inventory" but again, IDK. I just hope you didn't get jacked Stevo.
I spoke to them in late January... I will find him whatever it takes...its not even about the money...its about being an asshole and stealing from someone
just do not get yourself into trouble...... i would hate to have to take posession of your car....hehehehhehe
momo and ryan do not count as "authorities"...... well unless it has to do with sword swallowing.......
He was selling some intentory for cheaper than the cheapset known dealer/distributor/wholesaler pricing available direct from the manufacturer.
THANKS MAN!...can you get me the freaking tires they were? lol...at least i KNOW ill get them from you! haha
I just saw this posted on the CF thread about Tbyrne it was taken from teh GTO forums Originally Posted by Carol02723 Everybody is questioning about T Byrne and whether we are still in business anymore and to officially answer your question we are not. I will honestly not be back on the board after this. I first want to apologize to anyone effected by our recent closure. There were a hand few of customers that were effected by the abrupt closer and I am truly sorry. Second, If Tom was out to intentionally "screw people" there were alot of backorder orders that could have been charged when we closed that were not. Not that this makes it any better for the customers that were affected but I had to make that point. What happened was unfortunate but I assure you it was not done maliciously. Sometimes things happen in life that cause us to make some difficult choices, I'm sure for him this was one of them. I enjoyed the 11 years I was at T Byrne and have met and worked with some outstanding people. I made some friendships that will hopefully continue. Take Care, Carol
275/60/20 Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor All Terrains for my truck Yea well i guess its "unfortunate" that I have to go about this in a negative way now... I was going to ask nicely...now I am not...
Go git 'em Stevo!! If you had these on back order and they charged you, didn't ship them, I would also get the Postmaster involved. My understanding is they can wreac havoc on someone as well. I was told that by another member when I was considering purchasing form a suspect seller. Did you also refute the charge with the credit card company?
yes, the best and easiest course of action is the tell the cc company what happened. most cc companies i have heard of will refund you your money.
sorry to hear that some of you have problems with these guys. there located south of me and even though there close. i would never buy or have them install a screw. unfortunately they have the worst rep and the owner is know to sell his own mother for the right price. i hope all resolve there problems. let me know if there's anything i can do. good luck - jimmy
