Thats the thing, I've seen vids of SRT JEEP vs SRT CHARGER and usually the Jeep wins. We need the SRT TEAM to line all up and run em and see for sure. You cannot compare stock vs. stock SRT unless they are at the same place due to all the differing variables. I mean is it the hole shot that gives the Jeep such a good 1/4 time because your right if you add the weight plus aerodynamics and took it to Vegas the Jeep should be the slowest
On a serious note: -The Charger would win in a top end run because of aerodynamics. -The C and the Charger would be tied in a 1/4 run (one is heavier the other is more aerodynamic) -The Jeep would win in 1/8 run due to traction My .02c

In Orlando, I have seen a dozen Stock LX's run between 13.6 and 14.2. Most of the stock Jeeps run between 13.2 and 13.8.
There was a bone stock by Brent, a 12.56 @ 111.xx . A 300C SRT8. November of 06 There was a video of a 12.67, can't find it.
I think what JMatt said in post 3 is right on the money and about as accurate as you can get. Oh, and about the color thing, I'm right with ya, RED IS THE FASTEST!!! Markus can take his black 300 and shove it up his hairy ... uh, get Ryan out of there first, lol!!
1) charger/300 2) maggie 3) gc this is just going off numbers, videos, etc that i have seen in my few years of following these cars.
I have run against two charger SRT8's we were all stock with the exception of a CAI on my truck. The distance I pulled from a dig could not be made up till right at triple digits, each and every time we ran. Right around 105 to 110 they would walk by me.
Yes - I was being serious in post #3. I'm not convinced the charger is actually any more aerodynamic than the 300C anyway. And even if it is, I don't know that it's enough to make up for the extra weight. If you could hold all variables equal, I'd bet the 300C and the Charger would be within .05 seconds.

If I recall correctly I believe the big 3 car mags (MT, C&D, R&T) all had the 300 quickest 0-60, followed by the Charger and then the Maggie. Something like 4.9, 5.0 and 5.1. I don't remember the 1/4 times though. Anyone? But the Jeeps, holy cow they rocket off the line and even with their added weight their 0-60 is like 4.5. Again, don't remember the 1/4 times but I know the Jeep was (still is??) the fastest SUV on the planet! (especially in red, lol!)

I raced the HHP sponsored Magnum SRT8 at Etown we both had identical reaction times and I beat him, he started catching up at about the 3/4 mark of the track but by then there wasnt enough track left for him to catch up. He was much more modified then I, now stock maybe another story. BTW his was black and mine is Inferno Red, red rules.
