How is the sound level of the i-charger as compared to the Novi? Is there a lot of supercharger whine?

Chances are that one of the following scenarios would occur: 1. "Somehow" your car would be put on BOLO as a stolen vehicle and impounded somewhere in SOCAL. 2.
