there are many different options on clutches, i'm sure you'll get good advice. Either way, might as well replace it now since it's apart

While the transmission is out I advise you to upgrade the clutch. Its the smart decision and you will benefit because it would help withstand whatever future plans you have for the car.

    May I suggest...

Go to "Dodge" then "Neon". Stage 3 would be the excellent choice :thumb2:

Same clutch that's in my wife's car. It grabs and feel almost like stock. It's not aggresive at all.

What kind of power are you pushing? Just curious because the Stage 3 is holding just fine on my wife's car.

sounds like you're following my path. Honestly I love my ACT clutch. I'm one picky guy with clutches too and I love the ACT so I'd give you a +1 for that. what are they doing to your tranny and what dealer are you going to. Just know that they probably will overcharge you for the clutch job, i don't think they'll see it as a "well while we're here" type of thing. but on the off chance that they don't, then sure why not.

I've heard great things about southbend or CM 6pucks and it's great to plan ahead for your future plans with the car, but if you don't plan on anything big like myself, than I would personally keep it simple, no need for a clutch that holds a shit ton of power if you aren't going to make that much ya know?

i know many people who've had success otherwise. Plus he has to evaluate what he's doing with the car. It's like me getting certain suspension parts if I only attend the tracks a few times a year. Product A might be money better spent than Product B even though B might be a better overall product for bigger and better things

The Dodge Autoway off US19 in Clearwater, its not too far from the beach. I'm gonna try to play it off like I don't want a clutch and see if the warranty will cover the labor, because the 3/4 syncro is f*cked... should be interesting. :hmm:
