Propaganda spinsters....I like Obama and I am Republican..He's smart and after the last 7-1/2 years of shear and utter stupidity I find him refreshingly brilliant. If he wins nomination he will have my vote :dancinlock:

As a republican, besides his charisma, what do you find that makes him "refreshingly brilliant"? Just curious. I haven't paid a lot of attention to his views as I am a republican as well.

He speaks from a platform of inclusion....His views on Iraq scare the crap outta me but I bet he will change his mind on it. I like his approach to the issues and I like what he says. The first guy since Reagan that actually inspires me...I served in the Marine Corps and I dig McCain on a certain level. I hate the religious right of the party. Their attack on the middle aged white man and the ever pressing need to always be PC troubles me.

That end of the party is narrow mined and turns my stomach. Obama is the JFK of his generation I believe he has what it takes to lead and bring people together to actually get something done....Did I answer your question

You did! I personally think he seems like a good guy. I just have a somewhat "spartanesque" view of things here in the U.S. and worry about the long term ramifications of pulling out of Iraq too soon. Thanks brother!

I love how news agencies thrive on this shit.... The picture was taken in 2006, on a OFFICIAL visit (yep, sponsored by the US Senate). The Somali are Sunni Muslims, and one of the only Muslim countries in Africa. To be dressed in "Elder" garb is an HONOR. It shows trust and respect to the dignitary by the Somali (or any Arab country)..... Funny, I haven't seen BILLARY dressed in Arab garb. Hmmm... But, she says she is the better choice for smoothing over foreign relations with our partners in the East (mostly Muslim). Interesting....

Yeah singular cruise missile diplomacy to eradicate terrorists like Bin Ladden worked brilliantly. I wonder why this has not become an issue yet. After all the Clinton administrations policy was to do nothing and we have paid for their cowardice for many years to come. Bush can't be the person to take sole blame for 9/11....Yeah it was on his watch no doubt. But we had 3 chances to kill that Asshole and they screwed it up. Electing Clinton is like wiping only half your asshole and calling it clean. :thumb::usflag:
