I finaly got a good Lead from a Cf member On who to contact in my atempt to aquire The matching Mini SuperBee Model 0001/1000........... The contact was a person on the design team for Srt Named Don he was nice enough to look into my problem specifically and actually knew what i was talking about! Below is the final e-mail from Don today and I am very very sad:wallbash:
That bites. Could be worse though. You could have the mini superbee and not the one that actually makes you smile as you floor it!
I guess you got to track down the original owner right? The dealer that sold it to you should have that information since they bought it from her. Worth a shot. if you can find it then a sincere plea about how much it means to you might be all thats needed.
yeah but hopefully she doesnt have any kids that could destroy it lol i have a srt-4 model and my 2 year old asks to play with it everyday lol
I will gladly make the Mini bee a restoration project I actually have the gal that won the car at auction's name and original address! I even confirmed that the address was a ligitamate one. I did a search with her name months ago to try and get a cross referance of a Phone Number but I did not have any luck and I did not want to just start calling everyone in the Phone book with her name! :sad: So if there is anyone that lives in the detroit area and would like to go knock on the door of the address I have feel free to shoot me a PM!
