    Ooooohhh...videos....

So, seeing as I am not up to speed on the engine specs of the 5.7 or 6.1....but is 6.5 lbs of boost all you can safely run or is that just the tip of the iceburg??

I'm aware my neon came with a turbo pre-attached (yaaay) but it was stock pushing ~15 psi. I currently run ~23 psi. But, I know some people that have pushed about 32 psi on stock internals.

I'm just curious what the stock internals of the 6.1 could handle...(can you guess my future ideas, yet?)

SRT-4's have forged internals, that makes a huge difference. I wouldnt go above 7-8 lbs of boost on a stock 5.7 or 6.1.

What times are you expecting from these setup? Will it be faster than the Hennesey kits?

Well I think the Hennessey kit had problems going beyond 300 miles before it blew up so yea I think it will be :bang:.

Also the stock internals are not built for great amounts of boost but once you go to the forged lower ends like the 426 stroker kits and such the sky is the limit.

    Thats what I'm talking about......

So....before putting forged internals in, what would this kit do at .....say...7 lbs on the 6.1??

Today we dyno-tuned another CIS Turbo on a Dodge Charger. This run was with 4.5 psi. The first plot is a stock SRT8 against the 5.7 Charger on 4.5psi.

This next plot is a stock 5.7 against a 5.7 with 4.5psi and another 5.7 with 6.5psi, hp only.

Here is the tq from the same run.
