Markus started a thread about the Kumho's asking about how to rotate them. I thought I'd start a new thread with the tire brand and model in the title. The Kumho's have an asymmetric design. I received a phone called from a technical specialist at Kumho who informed me that you can rotate the tires any old way you want to....just like the Vredestein Ultrac Sessanta's.

Hey bro thanks. I got a call today from a Kumho guy that said as long as outsides on the outside, dont matter which way the treads are facing so im good to go. so whoever said i just needed something to worry about, well, now i need something new to worry about.

When they installed them did they hand torque the lugs to 110 lbs? that's not a usual spec... :thumb2:

Bro, you have a built-in Super "JENNA JAMIESON" Suction SUCKER right there below your nose. Latch those lechers on the lug nuts (SOMETHING YOUR USED TOO AND REALLY GOOD AT) and check the torque yourself! What were you thinking........................................

Rick, you're too nice. Just the other day, Markus wanted to wage war on the EQ... homo SOB that he is.

JK Markus, the Pohos and EQ are down.

Anyway, as far as a torque wrench goes, I saw one at Sears about 3 weeks ago. On sale. Forget the price, but I don't recall being sticker shocked.

They're $88 regular? Same price for the big one and the small one. You need both to cover just about anything you might do. The big one is perfect for the lug nuts. They wouldn't do for a professional shop but they're fine for occassional home use. One thing though, they aren't covered under the regular Craftsman tool guarantee. If they go out of calibration it's not covered. You should always set your torque wrenches back to the lowest setting when putting them away. Everybody should own torque wrenches.
