Last Friday I decided to end my partnership in PR&D. Scott and I have basiclly been working as two different companies with the same name for most of the year but we've had different goals in mind and different ideas for a business model. Often times I don't get to the install shop but once every couple of months as everything I do has been out of my machine shop. About the only times we would meet up is to transfer parts so the split into two different companies was probablly inevidable. Scott is going to keep the PR&D name and I'm going to under the name of 392 Stu Perf for now until I can figure out a good name for my business. For current customers; don't worry if you have heads, cams, Engines ordered from me and have been dealing with me everything is as before except the company name. Most of you that I have ongoing business with I have already contacted but anyone with concerns fell free to call. I'll leave it to Scott to say what he is going to be doing and offering. Basiclly everything that I have had available on the 2008 price list I'm still handeling so anyone wanting to ask questions, place orders or check on orders can get me on my phone 512-964-7724 or by my email [email protected]. I'm going to be developing a web site soon but I guess I need to figure out a name first. Everyone that I'm presently building engines for already knows of the split so nothing has changed in that regard. Oh and for the owner of the 392 in the 300C, all I can say is thats the fastest reving engine I have ever seen. Sounds like a ferarri and revs like a YZ 125. I'm going to enjoy finishing this one Oh, this sounds like dejavu but I'm open to suggestions on a new name. Stu

My head porter says anyone that names a business after themselvs has an ego problem so I'd never hear the end of it if I used Stu in the name.
My vote is for HEMIspherical Performance, Congratulations on the move and thanks for the phenomenal products and customer service!
