I for one, wish the "Melting Pot" perspective was more pronounced in Canada myself. I'm all for retaining aspects of cultural traditions, language, religion and whatever else...but NOT at the expense of having to rely on others to get by in life. I mean, if you're not employable, can't get an ambulance to your own home or purchase proper ingredients to make a dinner because you can't speak the fn language....and it's your stubborn perspectives, laziness, cowardice, or whatever the hell it is that prevent you from doing what millions of other immigrants have successfully done in the past...then you've lost my respect. After decades being here and still not standing on your own two feet so to speak....maybe you made the wrong decision...at least you did in the overall scheme of things imo: The Greater Good...something lost on many who live daily in a "Cultural Mosaic"-like society. So now, we have some cultures who fought to get their children to be allowed to wear decorative daggers on their hips to school, and whatever other retarded things being pushed up to the Supreme Courts. I can think of a few more...but I think I'll refrain for now.

 

I wont take back ANYTHING said here. Keep your forum, and remeber those minorities will continue to gain more rights. Live with it.....Im out for good. Im the one been discriminated against. I want that to be known. Guess I dont fit in a place like this....

Chaman, I don't understand which 'forum' you would 'fit' in...you did the same thing over at the SRT8OC....you banned yourself over people expressing opposing views. It's an internet forum man! But, regardless, it is clear that you have a stake in the initial post and something hit a raw nerve...perhaps, you are a Spanish television producer...I really don't know.
