I believe ZEX is the only kit with a Jeep specific fuel fitting. Otherwise it's just a standard kit which you can get from NX/NO.
Lonnie???? Did you recognize his hand??? No....lol....he did a great preinstall but it has definetly evolved from the initial install. I just want to see more pics on this site of other installs.
I thought so too,Until I saw this..This is very sweet IMO.Wish it was around when I did my install.. http://www.nitrousexpress.com/Pages/FuelRailAdapt.htm With this you can use any N20 kit
FYI NOS is a brand name like Levis and Nike. And you run a ZEX N20 kit.I know Stanko is new to the N20 thing and all, but I thought I would keep him in line.:rofl2::dancing:
I see they have an SRT kit now that they came out with the fuel fitting.. http://www.nitrousexpress.com/Pages/20918.htm
I know......I still call all tissue "Kleenex". In the 80's NOS was located in Cypress, California, and they actually installed a system on a 1988 Mustang I owned.......I think I just dated myself..lol
Yes - saw that NX piece come out several months ago. Now you can basically create a system from anyone's components. A nice touch is to use a TPP-00011 dual RPM window switch. It has a built-in WOT switch, which is the othre feature built in to the ZEX kit. Between the TPP and the NX fitting, anything will work now.
The owner had a Grand National. He kept blowing it up and was always trying to find a dealership to replace his motor under warranty. I had a 87 GN then too, and lived in Garden Grove.
Oh my God......he blew up my Mustang.......I mean blew the hood off and lifted the heads. I got the dealer to fix it but sold it right after....lol
There is the option of a seperate switch that gets tripped when the pedal is at WOT and depresses it. I did this on another guys car and it worked fine. C.
Something like this came with the ZEX kit. The problem is you get 100% nitrous at the take off:novote:......thats why I couldnt get any traction at Sacramento.
Then how about hooking up a window switch or visit www.bakerelectronix.com. They have a timed delay switch that will kick in when you want based upon the amount of time you set. C.
