As the title states I'm going with HemiShop heads and cam package. I've went balls to the wall with all the options available except coating the valves and cylinder heads. 1. Big chamber valve job 2.10/1.625 valves 2. Spring locator 3. Valve seals 4. Manley springs 5. SRTMAX Hell cam 218/222 0.050 duration 0.566/0.578 112 LSA Hemishop heads are made by the same head manufacturer who supplies many Nextel Cup, Top fuel, NHRA pro stock and now even Australian Super Car series teams with theirs. His heads are the only ones for the hemi motor that has a 6 angle valve job. Redfoxx runs a hemishop stoker and Cam runs his heads too. These 2 are among the top lx performing cars in the country. I will be the lonely Hemishop rep on the northeast and can't wait to see how she does. All should be completed in 4-5 weeks. I'm anxiously waiting.... PS- I'm throwing Kooks longtubes, catted with jet-coating and a CMR tune in to the mix too!

I have Stu's heads too! Just the standard valve sizes not the big ones. I do have a FRI Tomahawk cam though. I wanna hear how that Max Hell cam runs? Are you gonna run a higher stall converter for that BIG cam? That cam should pull like a beast at high RPM!
Congrats Will. Your gonna really luv thier products. I looked long and hard before I made up my mind who's heads I'd run. I can't wait to see how this turns out, I've got a new set of heads coming and the same cam on it's way. It will be great to have an SRT Racer in the NE running our stuff. Theres some serious racing out of Etown. Looking at the power curve on 383Hemi's 383 with that cam it will be a strong performer all through the power band. The 6.1 heads will move the curve up some and 383's cam was advanced some so your settup will be stronger up top. 383Hemi put 435 TQ untuned to the ground through the truck driveline with 5.7 heads. Currently, the 3 fastest NA Hemi trucks in the country and the Fastest overall Hemi truck in the country are running our stuff.
That sounds like music to my ears with all the high speeds runs I do. Before I get a stall converter I will see how she runs at the track then add things that are needed along the way.
I have a strong feeling this set up will put a smile on my face that I won't be able to whipe away. My girlfriend is on the bump about getting this setup too...waiting to see how mine performs. As so as we line up for a high speed pull and and I put more and more distance between us as the speed gets higher her fingers will get close and close to her phone to call the hemishop...lol

The heads will pull like a SOB on the top end, the CAM will rip you off the line and have strong power thru all RPM, the longtubes will just compliment the 2 for better scaveging and then add the tune to make them all mesh together, brother it will be badass. Will just see how good those new tires everyone is raving about stand up to all this power
