Folks, some of you know me as Momo, and my business partner as Stretch (Jason and Drew). What some of you may not know is that our business (side job) is as an up-start SRT8 Performace Designer/Engineering firm. Rick and Ryan are part time employees who help provide feedback on our ideas. Ron, Chris, Hal and a few others have coaxed us along through our initial growing pains and have been awesome support and advice givers. Many of our products, which I'll describe below, are pretty much in the research and design stage. We have test-fitted some of our products on my car with mixed results thus far. We aren't ready for wide release just yet as we want perfection. Our goal is to provide top notch performance products to our SRT8 family at a reasonable price. Stay tuned for some preliminary pics and specs.
Our major product in development is the MotherMopar Performance Roots Style Blower and single-turbo combo. Preliminary Dynos show gains of over 50 horsepower and 20 Torque. Dynos sheets to come! We were looking for an 'old school' look and decided that this design fit the bill. There are videos that I will post that demonstrate the awe-inspiring first test run of our products. Our secondary goal was to provide additional stability to our LX based vehicles through the use of a larger stabilizing rear wing. While we haven't tested it yet, we believe that the down force created by this spoiler would allow someone to drive inverted at a constant 100 mph. Rear View Side Views Top View
Of course, with all of that forced induction, there has to be an substantial exhaust system to handle the increased airflow. Drew took this concept from scratch and in an hours time, had a prototype of the Mother Mopar Performace Tri-Exhaust. Top/Side View If you think you folks have traction problems, you have no idea! With the aforementioned line-up of bolt-ons on my car, I was lifting the front tires off the ground! Scary, when your hitting 150 mph in 10 seconds. There is only one fix for that issue... our custom, one-off wheelie bars! So, that's what we're starting with folks. Impressive, no?!?! Pricing and release information will be posted soon, once we get official "Supporting Vendor" status on the SRTConnection. Remember! Mother Mopar Performance: "We Deliver the Coup de Grace' to the Competition"
Awesome! Sign me up as a beta tester. I'm just a bit worried about the Tri-flow exhaust. Is that going to interfere with my trailer hitch? I did notice it seems that when you're outside all the neighbors and kids are inside...
Wow! With this visionary, bleeding-edge-of-technology, category defying line of products, I certainly hope you've applied for Supporting Vendor status.
jasn - i laughed then..... i laugh even more now....... why did we not see these at sema???? how does the inverted angle of the rear wing affect downforce??? seems it is angled for a little lift? hehehehehehee
The guys at GMS and Mopar afiliated companies paid off the door man so we couldn't get in. Seems they were all worried about their profit losses for the up ccoming year. But, who can blame them... with cutting edge technology like this, they would all be back to selling paint at NAPA within a week!
I hope your fledgling company has liability insurance. I had to call 911 because I cracked a rib LMAO. And you need to keep proto-types out of sight, some ricer might have seen your wing and be making a copy. though the whole Port / Starboard is going to have them confused.:dumb:
