Giants will win.........they almost won at home and they are unstoppable on the road as the underdog which they will be when they head to the SB,
you guys have to realize.....no one expected the giants to this far, even if they lose it's okay because they've accomplished alot more than anyone hoped they would so they pretty much have nothing to lose.....the Pats on the other hand are risking the perfect season, i think that puts alot of pressure on the pats and it's starting to show as you guys saw in the game against the chargers, it's getting to them and the fact that the giants almost beat them before definitely has to have them at least a little nervous
    Big Blue FTMFW!!!!

The Giants had control of the first game between the two except for when the DB for the Giants gets hurt on the play where Moss is wide open and drops it. Then the Patriots go right back to Moss the very next play for a touchdown taking advantage of the replacement DB.

the thing that worries me most about the Giants is that we have a DB starting that was seriously on the practice squad week like 13...so we will see how good our secondary can play

i do think the Gmen can win...they just have to play perfect...

I didn't have respect for Elway as a man (outside of his performance on the field). However, Elway paid his dues losing what, 3 Superbowls?!?! After that, the odds are even... trust me, I'm from Buffalo, NY!!!

    See below...

Exactly. In an age where parody was supposed to be the norm, the Pats went WAY above it... even over the last 5 years or so... they've been THE team to beat... all without, for the most part, a hall of fame RB for example. They're the epitomy of the word "Team". The 72 Dolphins were in a mediocre division... the 85 Bears played in the NFC central...

    Fellow SRTers...and football fans,

Let's set the record straight...there is debate on whether Pats are the best team ever, and some say look at their weak conference and then conclude they are not the best team ever....let me remind everyone that the Pats beat each powerhouse team this year with the exception of Green Bay (Cowboys, Colts, Steelers, Giants, Chargers X2, Browns, Redskins, Eagles, Ravens, Jaquars) ...so if they should go undefeated, I believe respect is due for their accomplishments....they will be the best team in our generation with a legit consideration for best team ever.

I am a long time New England Sports team fan (born and raised)...so of course, I may be slightly biased...

Giants are going to be very tough and will be no easy task for the Pats...however, for those that believe the Pats will be under pressure for making history and that since the game 1 of these two teams was so close, Giants have the advantage...very rarely, do the Pats, playing a team for the second time, in which it was a very close win or loss in the first game, not come back and play a near perfect second game...all I can say is Giants be ready to play 60 minutes of football...GO PATS!

I'll take a cry baby who had an operation on his knee Monday, that plays Sunday and lead his team with no LT! Did you notice he didn't say anything on his way into the locker room before half time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is the new leader of out team and we will be back next year. All due respect to the Pats and their great season. I know it would have been a different game with my CHARGERS healthy. They come out to San Diego next year..................I'll let my healthy team do it's talking for me next year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have to agree with you Ryan, Rivers earned a lot of respect with that gutsy performance...pretty amazing considering the seriousness of his injury.

Will be a great game in San Diego!

I think not only did they play the toughest division this season (NFC East) they do have an arch rival, the Colts. Every great team has a rival, 9ers, Cowboys, Packers, Bears, Steelers, and the Pats do too this decade in the Colts. The Pats get my nod.

    Fully agree!

Yea, I think Rivers earned a ton of respect for going out there and playing. They said one good hit could have cost him his career yet he still went out there and gave it every thing he had. Guts. Or stupidity, lol!

OK OK OK... this was supposed to be about the SUBERBOWL... not about a team that could've but failed miserably. LMAO!!! Ah, being a Bills fan has its perks... we've already tainted our own history so no response is needed!

No bro, I'm actually giving you a complement (I know, hard to believe). Yes the AFC East sucks but the Pats played the NFC East this year on their schedule and imo that is the best division in all of football. All 4 of those teams are powerhouses! 3 made the playoffs and the 4th would have if they'd allow more wildcards!! I give the Pats points for beating the Cowboys, Eagles, Redskins and Giants.
