So Barak says basically He wants to fix what George Bush screwed up, What Bush screwed up! like the huge deficit Bush created with the war,but he can only do this with the help of Congress, so bush is all powerful and screwed everything up on his own with out the help of congress.

Bush is just the fall-guy. A face for everyone to hate.

    I don't hate him...

Agreed. The beauty of our government is you can not shit in one hand and not expect the other hand to know. Bush is the "face" of our government thus making him the easy target, he is not the sole person to effect our politics.

Now do not get me wrong we could have picked a better president if our options were better during the elections, but he has served his purpose, and its on to bigger and better things.

Agreed! Bush was the lesser of two evils, What would have happened with Gore in office and the WTC disaster hapened. Just like this election not a lot of choices, I'll go with the American Independant Mad Max thil the General election and see who's left?

    I like Bush,
He has had an extremely hard job to do and had to handle alot of things while in office...ie...911.....terrorists...etc etc. I would not want his job. Clinton started the "WMD" crap.....Bush just kicked it up a notch. I don't agree with everything he has done, but you can't please everyone. When people are unhappy with their lives they look for a scapegoat (Bush or whomever) to give themselves a feeling of purpose and cause. I just wish that an "Average Joe" could run and get into office. True he/she could run, but without funding and some pull ($$$) they would get nowhere. I served in the military (US Army) during the First Gulf War and think we did the right thing. I just believe that we should leave Iraq soon, since they will never-ever become a Democratic Society. Our reasons for going over there was "WMD" first and "OIL" second. That is our National interests for being there.
    :usflag:

ps: This is my opinion, don't want to start a bunch of crap over this.

What blows my mind is how many people are so eager and falling over themselves to have the crappiest job in the world. No matter what you do or say, people want to kill you, and at least half the country hates you. Plus whatever you do, whatever you screw up, gets documented and analyzed and picked apart and stuck in a million history books so years later, people who don't know you can pass judgement on you all over again. And celebrities cry about all the crap they have to put up with.

Can you say POWER? and you get salary for life:clap: (although those guys look a lot older going out than they did going in). So 4 years of the ultimate adrenaline rush in a crappy job and you're set. Mod money for life.

If I was president I would have only had to ask once to have Rick's suspension measured and would have had the numbers before I was done with the question.

Yeah, he is just the face of the Government. I cannot imagine what would happen to the US if Kerry was in office Sept. 11.

I have friends and family in the Military, and its just plain ridiculous with all the anti-war media, and "pull out now" mentality. There is A LOT of good happening, and a HUGE drop in hostile activity.

If only we could see everything that is REALLY happening overseas, in the oval office, behind closed doors, then we may be able to rightfully see the truth. Until then, I will support President Bush.

    I know.

I have a military friend who has a 15 minute consolidated Diary of his time over there. Including hundreds of clips. Its really amazing how well things are going. He presented in front of church, and it was awesome.

Lol, man, Savoir Faire is everywhere!!!

Mains invited me to the party, so I check in from time to time and even make a post here and there. SRT people are generally more fun than the average rangers.

Remember, if they make a 'Cuda, I'll be in the SRT world legitimately, even if the wife screams, haha...
