ok i was wondering if there is any problems you guys are having my father my be getting a charger and was wonderin what are some good mods to do to these cars i dont know much bout there aftermakert since since we have been in the neon scence for 5yrs haha but any help would be great. and also if u no of anywhere to get them cheap at :deshade: o yea also what would you guys recommend for mods say if you spent 5k we were lookin around a little last night and he really likes the superchargers but doest wanna spend 7k on one haha mit do pnp head n cams Thanks guy
first, congrats on the future purchase of the charger!!! he will ove the car if he has a spec of "car guy" in him!! hahaha as for the aftermarket..... wow, sooooo many choices to make if i had 5K. for me it would be: kw suspension cai exhaust heads / cam predator tuner..... good luck!
Depends on what he is looking to upgrade... Chris hit a lot of the favorites. Pretty nice cars out of the box, but a much better sound can be obtained from an aftermarket exhaust. All depends on how much $$$ he is willing to put into it. Tuners to S/C's... the market is really starting to produce some good stuff for us. Billet Tech makes some nice pieces as well.
Oh that's right... I forgot... you can always do the mods Momo has... car seat, wax, air in tires...etc.
^^^ That's a pretty good list, but it depends on what you're looking for. Mine would look like this (in order): CAI High-flow cats and cat-back exhaust Predator Heads/cam Hotchkis sway bars - I like the Charger stock suspension and ride height, so I didn't do coil-overs Stainless steel brake lines
I concur. I'd list them in the following order: 1. CAI - $300-400+ 2. Cat-back Exhaust - Up to about $1600 (for Zoomers) 3. Predator - About $300 - best bang for the buck mod (minimum 20hp/20tq gain with 91 oct tune, 30 and 30 with the 93 oct tune) 4. Coilovers w/Hotchkis sways - About $2000-2400 greatly improves ride and handling. Lowering the car helps appearance as well. *you basically need 1&2 before you get #3.
yea thanks my dad is a car guy i unfortunaly ina freak accident totaled his srt-4 on new yrs eve so he isnt sure if he wants to get another srt-4 or get a charger my dad loves speed he had all the bolt ons with a 50trim and ems and was plannin in the next 6months to do a full built race engine and gt35r turbo. is the B/G flash any good i seen them on website for like 500 and gave 40/40 i think and legmaker u have a very nice car i seen it out at old town last week i mit be out 2morrow not sure since its my b-day if so i will look for u and talk to you bout the cars thanks for the advice guys could u give me any websites to find this stuff im lazy haha but i will pass on all the info to my dad
