I've noticed for a while when coming to a stop that right at around 20mph i get this clunk once or twice before I come to a complete stop. Is this normal, do all hear this. I read a post somewhere that the fluid in the tfer case needed to be changed to stop this????? any suggestions...

The TC noise is upon accelerating after every start, not on deceleration. I was thinking a brake pad separation when I read your title, but it is unlikely, you'd get noise at all braking.

I get the same noise at low speeds and light braking Wade, I know allflashnocash has it too. I've always had it, even pre Diablo.

Its the transfer case, if the problem is the same as mine...No need to worry about it, just turn the radio up

Just change the transfer case fluid, and it goes away (if its the same problem as mine). Now 5 months since the fluid change, and it continues to work as it did when new.

The pop in mine sounds like it's coming from the rear.
