I thought I rememered someone else posting this up, but couldn't find it when searching. As the wipers come down the horn goes off faintly every single time. WTF is this all about? Anyone? Btw, just for shts and giggles I pulled the Predator tune out and it doesn't make a difference.

It's kinda embarrassing lol. Everytime I was behind someone waiting to make a left or right and honk every 10 seconds or so lol. Oh well, I had already make her an appointment for next Tues for some TSBs and an oil change.

Bump. Any ideas, cuz my service advisor just laughed also? He logged onto his tech forum and found nuttin. She goes in to West Oaks Chrysler Monday for this, coolant TSB, oil change, and a few other minor issues.

This is a new one for me. Sounds like something might be crossed up in the fuse box maybe?

Phenwick AKA Dave is THE man. The green wire was indeed the culprit. It appears that the dealership where I bought the Charger and installed the Mopar R/S system botched the install. They ran the wires underneath the actuator for the wipers. I guess over the last year the wires shifted and the green one was frayed by the actuator. Every time the wipers came down the green wire was grounded and set off the horn. Kinda funny and sad at the same time.
