Um, its not so much stupidity as complete and utter laziness. The brain is like a muscle, if you don't ever use it, it stays small. So lazy parents = lazy kids = more lazy kids and tada, world populated by lazy small-brained kids making more kids. And so on and so on. And anytime you look at someone and think "what an idiot" just remember its because they're too lazy to pay attention, read, think or anything else. That's what makes me crazy.
