Long story so grab some popcorn lol. After the Chrysler's at Carlise, PA show were I was lucky to get 1st place for Magnum's:erm:. On the way home on the highway I drove into a patch of highway were they just got finished cutting down the highway to resurface it. Well I got hit with a rock storm:censored:. Front end trashed wind shied, front bumper, front pillars and mirrors damaged. Insurance paid for it and I took it to the guy that painted my CBD hood. He did an excellent job caused he blended the hood into the fenders and front end. Anyway I took it back to him to paint the front clip! It was there for 10 days! When I dropped it off everything was great. And this shop knows that I am a real prick when it comes to my car!!!!!

When I went to pick it up the first thing I saw was that I could not get to his shop? The street was dug up. Not just dug up it was gone and they dug at least 10 feet into the street and there was at least an inch of real fine dust on the ground. Construction trucks were doing there thing and making dust allover the place!

When I walked into the shop what did I see? My car covered in dust! He explained that not only was the gas shut down but that the water was also so he could not clean up the car and was sorry. No big deal! I got home washed the car some somethings that I knew I could deal with. But this morning I work up at 8AM to start my real clean up of the car. Well I did not finish until 6PM.

Bubbles in the paint, clips painted not sanded and painted, hood was not straight and the hood scoop from the charger that I killed my self to put in the car so it would look stock was jacked up!! Basically I have given up on company's! I have really learned in the past 2 years that no matter how big or small a company is, they just don't care about there customers!!!!!!!!

I buffed out all I could in the paint took out the hood

The day of taking pride in workmanship is gone! And the day of just doing a good job is in the past!

I am sick and sad that the great U.S. has come to this!!!!!

I hear ya Claude.... I'm waiting to hear back from Tire Kingdom, they changed our two front tires; scraped up both 22" rims and then put the old tire on the back seat and now got armoral all over the cloth seats on Tee's 06 SXT!

it is sad...sometimes I have issues with my employees not doing an A+ job. I don't tolerate it one bit. I will and do get belligerent on them, and they all know it, so for the most part, i don't have to many problems in that area. Point is, it starts at the top, if the manager/owner allows poor work, people tend to do enough to get by. If top notch work is expected, and you pay people for it, and demand it from a management POV, you usually get what you pay for. My view of it is,...My way or the highway. No room here for error or inadequacy. You either do it 100% or you go home....Simple.
