NYINSTALLER had his laptop and all the equipment to update all the computer files on our LX cars! From what he told me and from what I understand, the main problem was this car was built 07-05 and it had the "oldest" computer files that he had ever seen. The FIRST thing he mentioned when he hooked up everything was "I'll be you get a tremendous LAG between 1st and 2nd gear shifts"! I said Yes... it almost feels like the car shuts down for a split second! He updated EVERYTHING with 2009 files.... the CAR runs much better. He also said it'll continue to get better NOW when I drive it! He adjusted so many things. He was uddating things for about an hour and a half. By the way... it turned a little over 9,800 miles on the way home ~ LOL~ He talked to Legmaker more about it and he may understand MORE than ME! He even got the 2009 TPS wheel sensors to read on my 06 ~ How Cool!!!

yeah jim, john (nyinstaller) is one sharp guy!! not to mention he will help anyone out with their cars at a moments notice. he programmed my fogs to stay on with my high beams. i mentioned it to him as we were leaving and he dropped what he was doing and did it right there!! lol i think it might have been because i gave him my two front wheels i used for racing so he did not have to drive on his bald ass rear tires, back to south floirda!! lol

now go beat the piss out of your car!! lol

Sounds really nice, good for you that you finally found out why the car was acting up a bit, ie not delivering the power!

I can't wait to try it out more.... had a hellofa time driving it home... I'm really NO speeder but as I kept looking down I was going 80-86MPH. It seemed to run smoother and it even sounds different to me, i.e. exhaust tone! ???

He also highly recommended the 180 degree thermostat, so I gotta find a good deal on THREE of these for our HEMI's!

Tee and I will be spending all day today detailing are cars back up! Gonna be 3 digit temps all week here in the Carolinas.

Then I gotta catch up on yard work... so it'll be a couple days before I get a chance to really check it out. Yeah he did the "all time driving light mod" for me too where it puts 6volts to the high beams and they come on when you start the car and it does NOT affect the function of the regular high beams and my fog stay on with my high beams too! AWESOME!!!
