i recently got my Danko V2 Charger 1 pc spoiler. the quality of Mo's spoiler is top notch. i'm very impressed. before i send to paint, i had to do a test fit. unfortunately my cf decklid isn't shaped exact as oem, but i can make it work. the look is different than mine, doesn't hang out the back, but runs perfectly with the back body line and i love the rake look on it.

i took off my diy 3 pc rk spoiler and swapped with my other set of painted/tinted tails. at first wasn't sure, but once i took it outside and took the pix. i changed my mind. now it doesn't look perfect in black, but when painted silver... will look sick. have to make some changes to balance the colors/lines, like paint the decklid top slant edge silver to match. my other spoilers covered over the slant edge, so was aligned with painted tails edge. the danko spoiler stop just at the top surface edge, leaving the slant in cf. doesn't look right to me. so, i'll have to paint the cf decklid edge to match, that way the rear flow, spoiler, tails, decklid lines all align. you know what i mean?

my diy spoiler tails will be worked on this winter for another idea to save them.

here's some pix. let me know what you think?

How are you going to keep the part of the spoiler overhanging the tails from bouncing/vibrating against them? (sorry if that's explained in all that edge/paint/slant stuff up top, I got completely lost :)).

Sorry, was trying to say that the decklid top corner edge (slanted) has to be paint silver. That way it doesn't break up the flow from tail to tail.

As far as the ends of the spoiler hitting, won't happen. The decklid sits a little low, due to previous spoiler fitment. Decklid has to be raised. The spoiler is stiff as hell and shouldn't give much flex, if any. If I have to, I'll put a foam strip, but don't think it's neccessary.

Hey, I see what you mean by painting the top silver, will look exellent!
The whole car looks very "purposebuilt", and thats the best verdict you can get from me, SICK!
Love it, not the way Ron means though... lol

Ron, thanks! I've been wanting to do the SNL mod. Don't know if you seen that one where the guy was so in love with his ride, he had a special hole behind the rear plate. Shows him doing doggy style with champaign glasses stacked l, to show off her suspension. It was hilarious.

still need to adjust the decklid, but here's a pic of my decklid, paint to match. also, tails were painted by someone else and the silver line doesn't line up with the actual tail lights arched line. i'll redue the tails when i get 09 tails.

again, this will help maintain the flow for the painted tails, since the Danko spoiler sits on the top surface of the decklid.
