I just bought a set of Nitto INVO tires. I have the 275/40R20 on the back and 245/45R20 in front.

Do any of you guys know what the rating for this tires is?

now that people have had a little while to put a few miles on these tires...are the people running them still liking them?

I have 4500 miles on mine and still love the Vredestein's.

They have a good wear rating also at 280. Juts hard enough to break loose kind of easy.

We will be happier with harder tires...not because we are sacrificing traction a little......thye are easier TO SMOKE! And the irony of it....there goes the reason for expecting longer tread life.

The Vredesteins don't break loose very easy. If the temp is above 45 degrees I'll get about a half second worth of spin off the line. If its below 45 degrees, once I do a burnout and get a little heat in them I still have a hard time spinning them. These tires handle second to none in the turns. Very confidence inspiring tires.

Yep...295/30/22 is the widest that would fit, but probably not tall enough.

    Bud...
    You went from a 255/50/20 to a 275/40/20...
Could you tell much diff in tire height between 50 and 40?
Vredestein makes a wicked 315/35/20, but I wonder if a 35 will look too small.
Seeing these real thin tires seems like a lot harder ride and I think a 35 is probably getting to thin.

I think the V's and the Falkens are the best bet if you want a nice handling sticky high speed rated tire that has a god tread life. I get the same 60 ft times w my Falkens as I did w my F1's and they handle awesome on the reoad course.

Do the Falkens have a rib for protecting the rims?
I don't think the Veredsteins do. The rim on my F1's is not very good.

The Vredesteins have a really nice rib to protect the rims. I'll post some pics.

Sometimes I think I will just go to 19". Seems like a lot more wheel and tire choices.

The Falkens do but it is no where near as much protection as the F1's had IMO, but I havent have any issues with them so far
