Good times. I will be making this event from here on out. Talked to a lot of cool people and vendors. Picked up some Stack Chubby sway bars and phenolic spacers as well as a used extra set of half shafts to keep as spares for the track...
That Chally was sweet. Cam's "cart" even cooler. He has some great stuff coming.....as usual. Dave...missed seeing you there. It was a great show. You are going to have to show up eventually. The cops were nailing people right and left for tailight tint (on the streeet as they were arriving)..... but I heard they backed down and just started giving warnings. ..

It was exactly like shooting fish in a barrel. All the Springfest people were driving perfect....no squealing tires or revs. (Actually the whole parking thing was going pretty smooth, just like last year and more cars.) They were ONLY lining up around the block to get in. I bet I heard 4 sirens in 10 minutes. The ONLY hassles were for tints. It was real tacky to me. The cops were already there beecause "Cars and Coffee' meets across the street on Sat mornings and they are there to hassle those guys.....more fish in a barrel. Tam... Sorry you didn't make it this year. More vendors but not too many. And of course more cars....and some real nice ones....but to me even a stock ST8 looks nice. ..
Thanks, Nathan. It really sucked sitting this one out, but I've already got a fund started for next year. I'm ready to plow thru my coursework, which has been kicking my ass thanks to all the other crap going on in my life. It also looks like my thyroid may not be as big a deal as we'd feared and Marc's work situation seems to be stabilizing. So yeah, next year! And I'll even be bringing my mom and my daughter.
