i finally got around to finishing this mod. a set of 4 slate grey leather door pull lever covers, with red stitch to match interior stitch. install was pretty easy, as long as you know what your doing. now i'm going to end up reinstalling these, because i need to modify some of the fitting, so stretching more and cutting. The covers are a snug fit with dbl stick tape at the end to stick it in place, holding. i end up using some of my black vinyl decal to fill in the void on the levers, exposed chrome. the covers are not meant to cover the entire lever, because you will never get it to pull all the way. the leather is too thick and will not tuck into back plate. so i made a template for cutout and then pulled covers on. since i'm such a perfectionist, i want to go back and redo the inner side of the lever vinyl. i also installed the slate leather red stitch shifter ring cover, that zzcustoms sent as is. so it's an easy install. the result for me is perfect. i've always hated the chrome pull levers and could never decide the best way to cover or paint them. this way definitely compliments the rest of the interior and gives it that subtle class.

    Thanks!

    Jimmy

    sorry about the pix..

No problemo! Always glad to share, that's why we're here. Pm me if you want to make it easy on yourself, rather than finding someone to do it for you, unless you can stitch. Later!

    Huh? Called back when????
Yeah me too. I'm takin the sled to the dealership on Weds. to fix (what I HOPE IS) a faulty wire. I've replaced my entire cooling system, including sensors and relays, and I'm still overheating. After I get past that, I'll be back modding. But I gotta get this fixed first. I haven't driven the car in a month. She's been sitting in the garage. :(
