I recenting notice the headliner is making squeakie noise when I'm driving - when I push my hand on it the noise stops - Is their something I could do to stop this noise - I have a sun roof . :help:
it's likely not the headliner itself, but the notorious sunroof rattle...Bring it to the dealer, their is a TSB for it.
where are you pressing when it stops??? i know the rear part of mine used to make all kinds of noise!!! turns out it was the cheap ass velcro used to hold the back part by the rear window. if you are pressing near your sunroof....... well it is likely what kyle said!!
Might be a loose headliner, might have sunroof screws rolling around up there. I had to get that dealt with early on. Does it sound like elephants are rolling around your roof? Like a creaky sound? If so its probably the sunroof screws. Now I get a distinctly annoying rattle after hard acceleration because the sunroof shade/cover will move back just enough to rattle. I just reach up and make sure its flush and the rattle goes away.
