The Making of my New Hood!

LOL The Breather I like that. I'm calling it the Venom. I think if I would have heard the breather a few weeks back that would have stuck on me oh well. Yea I've been planing to start this ever since those first photoshops where done some time last year. I'll put up a few more pic's when it looks like i am making any progress. It's slow going right now trying to get everything lined up perfectly. I'm should have primer on it by Friday so I can start wetsanding.

That's funny I was thinking about that. I'll have to play around with it to see what's going to look good. I was also thinking clear louvers would be sick I just have to figure out if it can be done I have a few ideas I have to make a few phone calls to see if it will work.

We just finished spraying the second coat of primer. Were done tonight it's too cold the primer just isn't drying. We will guide coat this when I get back and then follow with two more coats of primer and another guide coat then a single stage paint. We'll then buff to a perfect piece so the mold will be perfect.


Night shots you get a good idea of all the details now it's primed.

Did a quick photoshop of what it will look like painted unfortunately the only photoshopped colors I could get it to match is Green and white.

I know these two colors are kind of useless but at least you get an Idea of what it will look like painted.
