Is it better to install the halos in our existing HID housings or can I buy the premade units like K2 has and simply swap out my HID bulbs?
you can do either/or. IMO the aac's look best, i think the ebay ones look kinda ricey. if you wanna save some bucks i have an unused set of aac halo's i never got around to putting on that ill give you for el cheapo
curtis you cock block! jk. yes when i got my aac's i opened the box and one of the first things i saw was "preheat oven to 400-some degrees" and i was like nevermind
thats what i hear, lots of ppl have fogging issues inside the lenses. do the fog lamps have the same problem?
good luck with that, hope you post up pics of the final product and i think howdee just got his answer
Can anyone point me in the right directions on a how-to or can tell me how difficult it will be to change out the headlights on a charger. I know the front bumper has to come off...wondering if anyone has done a right up on any other forum. Thanks guys
Front clip must come off. After that it is three bolts holding the headlamps in. I will be doing a writeup next week when I add my HID's.
This place does them too, I didn't see 300 though.http://www.izntrbl.com/0507-dodge-charger-projector-headlights-p-411.html?cPath=144_113_221 Some Jeep guys aren't all that happy w/AAC. I have no dog in the race.
hmmm How about checking with our Supporting Vendor here in "Total Lighting Solutions"??? great customer support/service and excellent pricing.
I didn't realize TLS did Halo/Projector retrofit. I haven't done this, just throwing out ideas for Howdee. Is there a thread stating what TLS does/offer(besides HID/LED)?
we currently dont do this but if there is enough interest on it we can get something worked out possibly.
Call me if you get stuck on anything... It is very easy... Take bottom skid plate off, remove bumper skin and you will see the three bolts that hold the headlights in place.
