exactly markus!!!!! i can adjust up down a little, but for the most part if you aim them too high, you will literally blind the oncoming traffic!!

    ok, back on topic......

markus - in the 300, i assume yours came with projectors right??? i also assume by your earlier comments, you know exactly what i mean by sight line and dark areas. my question, when you turn on your high beams, does it seem like the only difference is that you can see higher, not farther???? i turn on the highs and it does not seem any brighter, unless am looking above the sight line of the projector.....

yes, it came with projector hid's which as you know are bright as hell. i guess the use of high beams only "completes" the whole thing. you have the distance with the hid projectors and with the high's on now you also have the height and more width.

this is my first car with hid's and i dont think i would have another car without em. not like regular lights are dangerous, i just love the clarity of the light.

Since we are bouncing around this part of the headlights called "High Beams".......how come no one has asked yet what lighting options are open here.......oddd.
I have read all these posts/threads on several forums recently on HID kits.... cause I am ready to go on this very soon. It is strange there is NO reference to High Beam replacements options.
Is there something I am missing? Legal issue?
Can the High Beams be HID also? Hmm...good spot for 10K units?

I think Ron will see a big difference when he switches on those HIDs with his projectors. Projectors are really designed for the HID beam.
It would be really good to see a side by side comparison, but it would be a royal pain to have to tear off the front clip twice.

correct me if im wrong guys...but i believe that when you switch over to the HID kit...that the HID is all pieces of the headlap...so thats both high and low beams...it simply puts out a more powerful beam of light...

    thats my understanding of HID's...

All the pictures I see are a kit with 1 HID Bulb per side....and I have seen the answer "these are low beam only bulbs" in responses.
