    I guess I got a few years on Ya, because I was 24 then.

    Can you see those fender well Headers, 9 Quart Donz deep sump oil pan, and the wrinkle wall slicks. (28.5X10.5X15) I had to screw the rims into the bead of the tires, so I wouldn't spin the tires off the rim. Those were the days.

    Did that car wind up in NY?Looks exactly like one a friend bought back in the mid 80's.......solid front axle and all!

    LOL.....yeah I loved that Clutch Turbo........wish I still had the trans.

    Erik,I dont think that has a solid front axle..

    Mine did not have a solid straight axle. I sold the car back in '77 to a car dealer in Anaheim, Ca. One of the worst mistakes I ever made. I went through withdrawals for years. I Loved that car. It was the fastest door slammer in Orange County for 2 1/2 years.

    Straight front axle...
    I also used to own a primer grey '55 street machine. It had a '66 Impala interior with a straight front axle, fiberglass tilt front cap, 3" tube for the front bunper and wicked 396/375 with a "rock crusher" M22 4 speed.
    Remember those set ups? It looked and ran wild.
    Loved that car.... but loved my '69 Dart more.
