Minus 3 degrees here this morning in Colorado...yes it's cold; however, on the other hand....very low humidity during the summer with mild temps
Man, I'm really sick of it all too..... was 17 degrees here this morning and expecting to possibly break record cold for this weekend! However on the bright side we expected and could have gotten snow or freezing rain and somehow got lucky and got nothing... but it is very windy here to; even makes it worse!
Ah yes, its a balmy 43* out here in Dublin, CA. Not too cold just standing outside, but that Arctic blast cuts right thru you. Don't hit me! :tomato:
Here in Florida has been cold all week. My area has been 36-38 degrees with the high in the 50's. Tomorrow we are expecting an "artic" freeze and it will drop to around 28 degrees with a high in the 40's. This has been the longest coldest week I've experienced here. Usually we will have cold over night and in the morning but they its in the 70's by the afternoon. Cold season is for the most part the month January. Just a week ago we were in the 80's.
Lol. It got up to 10 degrees F yesterday and I was about to don the sandles... Three sniffs in through the nose and your glueing your nostrils together is so not cool (pun intended.) My wife and I have seriously considered moving. Trouble is like so many others I love my job and it pays well, same with my wife. Sighhhh... I could transfer to Texas as that is company HQ, but I love AZ and NM. I am just flat afraid of CA lol... Did I mention I HATE cold weather? How (and why???) the F did people settle here back in the day? We are complete wussies compared to settlers that drug their families through here with no heaters, roads, cell phones and all that.
Oh and I forgot to mention, here we get a moist wet cold not the dry cold most northern states get so it feels much colder. I've had 3 days in a row in where the top half of my car is covered in ice .
Yeah, my mom lives in Cheyenne now and whenever she starts to complain to me about the winters, I remind her of all the humidity and large insects and tornados in the South and she gets over it pretty quick. Besides its a short-ish flight from Denver to Oakland when she wants to come out and thaw and see the grandkid. As much as I hate the politics and taxes here in Cali, the mild weather alone makes up for a lot of it.
i know it is in the high 70's here. i went to was my 300 and it was drying before i was done washing it. damn weather
