anyone interested in an intake manifold gasket for $30. i bought it used from 4drviper for the same price and do not plan on using it anywhere in the near future... it retails for $60...

 

Just to let everyone know and I already told Frank. I am bringing the boost leak tester tomorrow BUT for a boost leak test its what I charge on my website... $10.00.

I will NOT do this service for free, don't even try to talk me into doing it for free. Those exempt from paying are Tim, Frank, and Ozzie. Don't need to go on and explain why they are.

Frank offered his house and help to do various installs in which I will be there helping him when I get there tomorrow.

Any further discussions on this we'll talk about it tomorrow.

i got my truboost, and wanted it installed tomorrow(even though i wont adjust it, i need a workign gauge that doesnt flutter....) i doubt he will have time to install it.

 

Redbull is nasty it taste like a lot of salt mixed with strawberry juice. I'll take a different type of energy drink.

Yes I am working on cars, I'll probably feel like a dead man walking tomorrow though. It's 11am now and all I've had was an energy drink... no food or any other drink yet.

 

I got off at 10am. The truboost won't flutter because there's not a needle BUT the numbers on it will be all over the place showing fluttering. If you have a boost leak no matter what gauge it is... digital numerical or manual needle it will flutter all over the place. The only way to tell your highest boost spike on the truboost is by holding the right button for about 2 secs and it tells you.

I got other things I'm installing/helping with today... your truboost and everything else was for another day.

 

Jerry, if I have time to install your Truboost I will but that's something I just can't go on and do for free. A mechanical boost gauge I can do today maybe for free but a Truboost no way.

The way the stock wga spikes with temperature changes the truboost will need to stay on OFF mode because on a stock wga tuning it... it might be a pain.

Frank, Cheryl is at work. She gets off at 12, then she's going to Dodge to pick up the paint as well as a set of spark plugs for me. Then I'm going to load up the car and head out that way.

jesus, i'll have to figure out some other time for the boost leak test. next weekend I start my new schedule of working sat and sundays.
