I know this is not your average Hot Rod but it sure is fun. This is my old Mini Van. My friend and mechanic, Rob P. bought it from me and this is what he did to it. The motor is all stock except it has 52pph Fuel Injectors, a Stage 5 Computer, 255 l/hr fuel pump, afpr, and 22 psi of boost. So far the Mini has gone; 13.32 @ 99.81 Chuck
We buy our stuff from: www.fwdperformance.com They are located in Houston, Tx. area. A Stage 5 computer will hold 28 psi of boost, give the vehicle better timing, more fuel, and a better spark. I had a Stage 3 computer in my red Mini Van and OMG what a differance it made. I cut of .73 seconds from my best previous ET  Chuck
REST easy, the SRT-4 Neon was hit and was beyond repair from the rear. The car only had a hair over 10k on it. Here is a motor shot for you to check out. http://www.turbo-mopar.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9610&highlight=srt4+mini+van There are plenty of pics in that thread for you to see. Here is another video of the Mini in action on the back country roads. http://youtube.com/watch?v=JkzavAUucyw Enjoy :busted: Chuck
Well if you really like these videos here is one that my son took while racing a Stage 2 Cobalt SS. I did jump his butt hard as he did it on the street and I do not condone that one bit. I am a Drag Racer and there is a HUGE difference. With that said here goes the video: Now since I got the Van from my son I have put in a race auto transmission at a cost of $1,700 (just the trans) and a Forward Motion Stage 2 Torque Converter that cost $900, then for Christmas my kid GUTTED the Mini Van and took out 167 pounds and there is still more weight to take out. :secret:---Don't tell the other guys... Chuck
His and his Son's. Chris, I have ridden in one of Chuck's sleepers (I forget the actual name, but it looks like the old K car). Chris, OMFG that thing moved the F@ck out... hahaha Chuck's creations will give surprise to many Muscle car owners... lol
This is what Ron got to ride in when he was in Canton, Ohio. It is a 1989 Plymouth Acclaim LE, naturally it is turbo-charged and inter-cooled. Boost is only at 14 psi and the stock turbo was replaced with a T2 Garrett one. I will try to post pictures for you but most of my pictures have to be resized to fit the format in here. Let's see what happens. :surprise: It worked
