If you already have that Clifford alarm... then you are set!!!

That has the same external relay pack and it has the USB input on it.. which makes it easier for the installer to program everything. So you will need to find a dealer to do that since they will have the programmers... but it is not a must... they still program everything using the bypass/valet button....

Ok, I've heard of Sound Warehouse. Thanks again Albert for your help. Do you still recommend the Ungo SR9000? If yes, I'll wait to hear from you on Monday. I'll be back in Utah January 2nd. My AAA Insurance wants me to take my car Laketown Speed and Sound to get my audio done. Don't know if you can check them out. I could probably get it all done together seeing as how they will probably be installing my radio back in.

i would forget about the pager, the only thing that will get you is either beat up or shot by the thieves....unless youre armed.

If Laketown is not a place you want to go, AAA will honor your request to go elsewhere. They only recommend shops they have dealt with before...

"Tell" them you are not comfortable with that shop and you want to use one that has come highly recommended by different friends and professionals.

You don't have to try to actively stop anything. But how long would you like to wait before finding out something has happened? Calling the cops within minutes helps a lot. Finding out 6 hours later that your sunroof or window was busted out in the driving rain isn't so good. Finding out the next day that the whole car is gone is even worse. Getting your Lojack activated before the car is in Mexico or parted out is good. Knowing that the remote actually started the car is good... etc. 2-way pagers are good for other things than the lock-n-load notification.

When I get back into town on the 2nd to see my car I will know.

i guarantee you that he isnt thinking of notification in that regard. hes prob pissed that somebody messed with his car and wants to be able to stop it next time. fact of the matter is a car is just a car no matter how much time and money we put into it. it can be fixed and or replaced through insurance, he running out trying to stop a break in will possibly end his life.
