Hey I know everyone is going to be busy for the next 2 to 3 weeks so I just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Holiday and a Happy New Year ahead of time. So may you get what you want for Christmas and may your car never go into limp mode (or anything else for that matter:happy:)

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!!

Good idea doing this early, as the rest of year is booked up with Marc's office party, and I think at least three different family gatherings with all the different branches of Marc's extended family. I'm going to be up to my eyeballs in Wus, Loos, and W o n g s.

I did manage to get Madeline's Christmas pictures done though and if this doesn't put you in a merry mood, well, you are the grinch!

I, too, wanting to wish EVERYONE a happy and joyous Holiday Season too!
Our Christmas will be very slight this year will all these medical bills rolling in and NO health insurance. At least my last treatment for prostate cancer will be Dec 14th and I doing pretty well so I am very thankful for that. What more could I ask for for Christmas than good health. We are however looking forward to Christmas because of my wife, our children and grandchildren and our very dear FRIENDS ON "SRT CONNECTION!"

What more can I ask for???

And ChargerGirl, you're absolutely right.... that picture of Madeline is beautiful and love her smile. She is a doll! Looking forward to pictures of our Grandchildren for Christmas too!

Tamara, that picture warms my heart and puts a huge smile on my face. What a little cutie!!! Being away this Christmas is going to be pretty rough for me and the family. But, Skype is surely the coolest thing I've run across to date. There is nothing like doing a video call with Gabrielle and having her tell me stories or singing songs to me. It almost makes it bearable. God, I don't know how people used to do when there was just letters....Jim???

Yeah, the mail (twice a day) was awesome, but I got in Viet Nam on Dec 31th, 1968 (New Years Eve) and was shipped home Dec 19th, 1969 via RED CROSS orders ~ My Mom had had three heart attachs in two days so I never really spend Christmas there. The best thing was my MOM lived more than 20 years after that... me believing we were so CLOSE helped her make it through it! Of course We NEVER even got to call HOME back then. It was NO fun!!! I felt MUCH lucker than most as I was a Motion Picture Developer and worked in a house trailer, so I was grateful for that!
