You state you are offering "Exchange inlet manifolds" (I assume these are intake manifolds as in the pictures). Does this mean you have an intakes ready to exchange for mine, so I don't have to wait for black chroming? How does this work? I pay you and you ship manifold, then I ship mine back to you when I finish the swap. Or do you ship me the plated one as soon as you recieve mine? Has the 6.1 intake in the picture been smoothed before plating or is this how a stock one looks when done? If not, do you have a pic of a stock intake that has been plated? ..
no because we peanut sheel blast them first we have them in stock ready to go, we can either charge a core charge as a deposit or ship yours the same days as the exchange arrives, and no the manifold you see was not pre polished or buffed but we run it through a blasting process first

Is the inside coated/plated? Is there any chance at all of the plating coming off? If the inside of an intake is already ported, can you plate it? Just a longer turn around? Thanks.
Similar question here...my manifold is extrude honed...can I just send you mine and you do the chroming inside and out?
its only coated on the outside and no it wont come off, we are doing wheels etc as well now yes certianly can do yours and send it straight back to you, but we only coat the outside mate
why would you want to possibly coat the inside for, theres no performance or cosmetic gain in doing this? either way we dont do it because you could never get to all the internal bends etc
no not needed, chev's were the only engine that polished inlet etc really worked on, fords i found that a rougher surface acutally produced more hp and torque and hemis have seemed to be the same, but everyone has there own ideas by the way guys this special is for up to Christmas Only
