Curve Rashed Drivers Side USW's! OUCH!!!

So driving home today after a night out with some friends, im coming out of the midtown tunnel from Manhattan, they decided to changed the traffic pattern, not knowing this ahead of time I took the turn as usual and caught the curve and rashed the living shit out of front and rear drivers side rims, man im gonna be pissed when I get up tommorow.

Normally ide be really bummed out but I have the highest expectations from USW, ill have to send one rim back at a time for repair and leave the car jacked on jack stands until both are repaired.

Biz help me out brotha!!!!

 

That's a bummer Tony. I'm sure USW can make em look like it never happened.

(you don't own 2 jack stands to send them both at the same time?)

 

Dave I do I just dont have 2 rims and tires to put on the 8 while it is on jack stands in the garage, just got a 20" tire stock and rim for $350 hopefully on Ebay, waiting for the buyer to accept offer!

Just leave it on the stands with no wheels? My understanding is that the earthquake that is going to hit NY isn't going to be one of the small ones we have out here.

Thanks guys just talked to Al and he said to just ship them back and they will take care of it, kick ass vendor man.

Now to go pull them off. I think im just going to ship both back at the same time and leave it on jackstands, screw it.

Thanks Ron, yea im actually gonna jack it up front and rear and just ship both back on monday, was going to do it today but Al talked me out of it because I want to next day it there and back so if I ship them back today next day they will sit in a warehouse until monday morning. HELLS NO! Plus ill have no car the weekend.

So now to go look at the damage in the daylight, pics to follow, this is going to hurt. :sweat:

 

Oh that sucks Tony. Ya know, I think the best thing you can do at this point is to let me ship you my foosesesesessss (that way you can scoot around), you ship out all four and I'll make sure that Bis does a perfect color match on the repairs...........ya that's it. Hell, I'll even make sure they run true and all. :friends:

How is this for customer service Biz just texted me and told me there going to send 2 new hoops to be powdercoated monday so when they get my rims my downtime will be minimal. Man USW FTW man best vendor well next to Cam out there! Customer service man second to noone!

extra hoops... now all you need is extra centers and your DRs would match! It doesn't have to look perfect at the track, you could probably knock off the sharp edges on the damaged ones with a file.
