Ron, how was anything negative said about you or Cam on post 177? I merely stated that in life, we tend to agree and side with our friends, versus strangers, and that we stick around to those people, most of the times, even if they are incorrect, just like family and close friends. Hence, that is what I meant by saying that we scratch the backs of those closest to us.

Ron, there you go again attacking my intelligence and intelectuality. I really have nothing to prove. You sir, are much older than I am, but acting a lote more immature. You still contiue to attack me, as in the previous page. You own this website, so if you would rather that I no longer post here, I will not. I merely updated the thread, after receiving the car from Cam, and you did not like my update, and it went downhill from there. I still intend on doing what Cam suggested, time permitting. I am entitled to my own opinion as well. I have not had the car checked out for the intercooler leak by anyone else, but yes, the GM foreman asked me if there are no leaks, and the system is closed loop, where is the fluid going from the filler neck, and there are several plausable theories about that.

No, that is NOT what you meant, nor is was it taken by many others...

In that post, you made innuendo's and statements that are so far off base, that you crossed the line.

the only thing I was stating previous to post 177 was trying to get you to understand exactly what the directives and instructions from Cam (remember, he is the guy who stepped up to the plate to try and correct an issue that was later found to be non existent), just like several others were trying to do.

The only difference is I used the largest font size I could to get the point across. Why? Because YOU were not listening to instructions nor reading posts in their entirety.

This is NOT being biased, it is stating facts that had been repeated many times already!. Now, as for post 104. I made a comment prematurely. Cam came in and negated what I had said. Soooo, my next post (107?) was NOT a retraction, it was me thanking Cam for me sticking my foot in my mouth.

That was my way (comically) of saying I was wrong in making a statement too early... Something you have yet to do, admit that you are/were wrong.

Now, since you have me on my soap box, James, let's discuss the unanswered questions I asked a couple pages ago...

    1) Why are you still moaning about the Warranty thing? You know that Techco is no longer a company, so why continue on about it? Nothing you or anyone else here can do about it!!! I am sure if they were still in existence, Techco would be honoring the contract?

    2) Did you go to your dealership already? What did they have to say about the mysterious 1 - 2 ounce water disappearance?

Come on James, read the post entirely and understand it...

I didn't want to post but this shit is getting old. I too have a techco, and I also got screwed, alot worse than you dude. I am thousands of dollars into my build, and at this point don't know how well my engine will hold up once it's tuned. Truth is we were left out to hang, we are simply shit out of luck. What can we do? nothing. My engine blows, guess what??? there goes more cash, but hey its our hobby, one Fu#$ed up hobby. Luckly we have people like the ones on here trying to help us out. I had a free install deal, did I get it? No, but hey I want a fast Jeep and will have a fast Jeep thanks to people on here helping me out, the same people trying to help you out. Goodluck man and if you want to sell the blower let me know I have a ls3 in a 57 bel air and I am sure Cam can make it work.

sorry, i found it hard to under stand all you have writen because it all reads into a giant circle and is not making alot of sence. so i guess the biggest thing your worried about is your warranty? and it is very apparent that you did not do as much reseach as you claim, or you would have know that there were some problems with there tuning, even a google seach would have linked you to some forums about techco. if cam told you what to do and you don't do it then what is going on. and you belittled people by thinking that a corvettes cost more to work on the other cars here. if you have modded cars like you say you should have known what you were getting into and if you did not then you really don't know how anything works.

Not attacking James, just stating my opinion...

    Keeps me young at heart.

I am only part owner, thank you very much.

You are correct here, but then again in that particular post you were trying to imply that a Valued Vendor with vast experience just ripped you off and didn't do a thing. So, please get it right and don't try and twist the story around, yet again.

Really? Are you absolutely sure about this?

Ron, you and Cam (by his response) are making assumptions of a statement that I made, instead of reading it at face value. We ALL have people in our lives that as I mentioned, "scratch our backs", and we "scratch" theirs in return. This could hold true for friendships, relationships, and business. Ron, Cam mentioned that he was uncertain and incorrect about some assumptions that he originally made. When I questioned that, you jumped all over me like a teenager would do to Jenna Jameson. When Cam later posted that the system was down half inch in the morning, you retracted your statement, which coincidentally was in agreement with Cam's original statement, before he posted the lower level filler neck in the morning. I am not moaning about the warranty, but others made false accusations about me here, and asked why I got this supercharger installed, and that I should have known the risks. What I am trying to show yet again, is that with a warranty, there was no risk at all, if anything were to occur, that is why I brought that up again, and I know it is no loger there. I went to the dealership, as previously mentioned, for a water pump gasket leak, but they are obviusly not going to look into the supercharger system.

I will tell you what, PM me your number, if you wish, and we will talk man to man, set our differences aside, and I guarantee you that you will come to like and respect me. Hey, you might find out that I am more inteligent than what you are giving me credit for. These posts are just becoming too time consuming and we have misunderstood each other on numerous occassions. :ronlove:

I had asked them about tuning, and they assured me that they had competence with GM platforms, even though were just entering the market for this platform. Again I never compared the cost of Corvette parts with Mopar's, I MERELY stated that they were costly, that is it. You are reading into something that is not there. Again, before when I modded my cars, I knew that I was taking a risk, but again, and Ron asked why I repeat this, is because you are still questioning it. With Techco, I had a written warranty, so to me there was no risk of anything, no matter what it may be. A powertrain warranty covers all possible mechanical issues, not counting wear and tear.

Well Ron, if you really feel this way, and that is your opinion, I will refraim from stating mine, for the same exact reasons that you stated in an earlier post, so I will be the more mature person here. People have looked over my car, but Cam was the only one to perform tests. I never said that Cam did not do anything, but I felt that the car could have remained there longer for him to perform the vacum test that he later suggested, bleed and flush the system to clear out the sealant, before we went on to conduct any other tests. I think that it was also important to se how much the consumption of the intercooler flluid is affected by driving, versus at idle. Again, I expressed my opinion, as I felt that we did not have the answers that we were all seeking and for the exact reason that I took my car there, plain and simple. I was somewhat disappointed, so what is wrong with expressing that?

    Hal, I'm with you.

James, as I sat here this morning wasting 30 minutes of my life getting caught up on nothing. I grabbed several posts and in my own little pea sized brain formulated several responses. But after thinking about it for a couple minutes, I changed my mind.

I will say this since you have this habit of telling half truths and twisting the subject matter to suite your point of veiw:

I was emphatic about how to complete the tests I proposed. There were no misunderstandings when you left here. Hell, even your lovely wife understood them clearly. Your tuner agreed with my assessment and so did the service manager at the dealership that contacted me yesterday at your insistence. But you don't want to listen do you.

Once again. Take the blower off, return the car to stock. It is in your best interest, trust me.

I need to say something more. Like I stated earlier, I had some pretty intense responses all lined up. It would not have been pretty. But out of this entire thread, even with all the rambling both informative and not.

One post summed you up and shut me up in three little words.
