Ah ha…..found it after taking off the mid pipes. There is it welding itself to the pipe by the muffler


After hours of heating, banging, drilling and poking…..here it comes

 

Have you been using 100 octane or higher?

I haven't had cats for three years. hehehehe

 

I had same experience...you don't need 600whp to have this happen...mine were Dynatech HF cats...i'm now using Kooks cat delete off road mid pipes.

But yea, if they were the DynaTech's like Dookie said, then I am not surprised.

 

any word on magnaflow cats doing this??

how do you know your clogged up? just feel it in performance??
