If you look at the powertrain presentation, the 6.4L HEMI is staying! Unfortunately, the 6.1L is out.

interesting info. looks like cdj/fiat has got it together. im sad to see the caliber go (only cuz the srt... and i have one) but im glad to see the big names still around (charger, chally, 300, gc, and ram trucks). i have always been a dodge guy and want to continue to be long on down my road. its promising to see that SRT seems to remain as a focus as well, its one of the major things that drew me to the csrt4. definately looking forward for things to come!

I think teh diesel SRT would be cool but I forsee a fiat 500 abarth / SRT redux. Currently in Italy it's a 1.4l turbo that makes like 240 hp. Only time will tell! Also it's
like the size of a mini and guys that have driven them said that it's like a street legal go cart and handles like a dream. I will say I will miss the massive torque steer of my csrt4, cuz it reminds me there really is that much power going to the front wheels from a 4 banger lol

I've got high hopes for their plan. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out over the next few years.
