Who is interested AND has the $$$ to spend on replacing their current Techco engraved front cap?

I am working on a replacement cap that will be BLANK and will have the pricing within a week or so.

I knew you would be in on this, Chuck. Now, to get others in on this. The more we have upfront, the cheaper this part will be.

Not much involved at all. I will get more specifics on the replacement in the next day or two so that I don't end up tasting my foot tonight. haha

Techco is no longer! History. The chicken shit Wayne (Owner) ran back to Canada with his tail between his legs...

I might be interested...any chance that the maker of the front cap might also be able to engrave something on it, if I paid extra?

Don't know that I want a blank one....???

SUCKS THOUGH.....You know Wayne has a couple hundred sitting in a warehouse/storage area somewhere......:zorro:

I will ask, Brad. My intent here is to make it as inexpensive as possible and allow "You" the buyer to take it to an engraver and/or powder coater of your choice so that "You" can have it done to "Your" specs.

When Cam was working on my blower, and had the front cap off to fix the inner cooler leak. I had noticed how the rubber seal that sits in the recessed grove on the back side of the front cap is really odd shaped and large. You have any ideas where we can get replacement rubber seals for the front cap? I am thinking one day one of us will really need one, and they are going to be really hard to find!

It would also be nice to have replacement rubber seals for the inner cooler baffle nipples also. Yea, I know I'm dreaming, it's just part of the screw job they offered!!

Not to get off the subject does any one know what they changed to make it a qd.
Mine is alot more quite now than when it was new. Just woundering if they break it in real good and call it a QD.

How about just selling us the parts to do it? Or even a complete rebuild kit? I really don't want the quiet drive myself. But would buy the parts just to have as spare and if I wanted to sell the blower or car in the future and someone wanted the quiet drive.......

I'm agree....Like I said, it sucks, you know there are boxes of parts and unassembled blowers sitting in a warehouse somewhere......

To my knowledge, Wayne (the turd) took everything with him to Canada. I can ask about all these other parts, but I am not holding my breathe. lol
