Yesterday the skittle was rear ended by a girl in her early twenties driving a 06 GC larado her car was just high enough to clear my rear crashbar and smashed my trunk floor, top bumper, lights, quarter pannels, and trunk all the way to the window. she hit me doing atleast 40, there were 4 cars infront of me at the green light waiting for people to cross to make out turn. i have pics but i'll throw them up when i get the chance im still doing insurance crap. the damaged sections, year of the car, and milage from what the claimes guy told me that it would most likely exceed the cars value and would probally be totaled. I'll keep you guys updated.
Oh jees... sounds like you're ok though? Might have been a good thing it missed the bumper? Square on the bumper would have caused frame damage? Trunk and sheet metal make a good (and maybe cheaper) crush zone. What I'm think is that if they total it you might be able to buy it back, fix it, and come out almost even. What you would save is all the mods you have in it that wouldn't be included in the totaled price.

no no freaking out here. i had to calm the girl down and make sure she was alright. im gonna try and buy it back if possible. what stuff i did pull off went into Mario and Nate P.'s cars already. the rest will go in the PT tomorrow. I pulled out: Intercooler kit AGP WGA Intake Valve cover CF injector cover dual pod A piller oil and volt gauges full sweed interior F/R strut bars CF radio bezel Subwoofer and Amp Wireing what i didnt get to pull out was my S1 pcm, SAFC, and rims

i know those two very well and they both told me if id got it back theyd give it all back, but i probally wont take it back and just completely gut and cage the car for track and dirt duty. montgomery and wyoming

ive test driven a bread box and no i would never buy one, a PT handles so much better sorry. there no comparason between the two in the handling department. Paulas PT is still on stock suspention and stock 17x6s hey guys an update they finally took the car and it was sad to see it go but ill have to wait till monday to hear what they say. im gonna try and keep them from totaling it if possible. that skittle has too much of a racing history to just let it go.
