i love it. jan-feb you can never get on the equipment you want at the gym because of the "resolutioners" but that lasts about a month hahahaha:chair:
I'm not hittin the weights til after I cut some body-fat. I got 3 months worth of traning sessions with Trevor Haines (founder of Five Animal Ken-Po) We'll see how that works!
its great when all the benches are used by an old guy w/25 pound plates on either side and his legs are all cockeyed and wobbling as he struggles to put it up 5x and gets his smelly ringworm ridden sweat all over the back of the bench:muscle:
Thanks man, I may take ya up on that. . . I used to be "up" on it all. I've gained some pounds in the past 5 years, but I'm confident that if I get of my ass and start being more physically active again, I'll shed it off in no time. I just need to re-train my metabolism. I "only" 20-30 pounds overweight. . . I'm 5'-8" and weigh 195-200. I don't really give a shit what the scale says. I care what the mirror says. I wouldn't mind being 205 with lots of muscle.
