Coincidence..I am right in the middle of doing a custom exhaust on the truck. Bumper is at the body shop...truck goes in to the shop Wednesday...will post picture then..

 

mine is a stright pipe side dump 3", just imagine a side exit exhaust, but pushed bout 18" back underneath, 90deg towards the ground.
