Where to begin? I think Rick should be given superhuman-mod powers... like if someone screws up, Rick should be able to tele-port across the space-time continuum, to their house to discuss the infraction. But, part of this should be that only his body can tele-port, he can't take any weapons, and he arrives at his destination in a glowing globe, naked.
