    Not for me....

Jesse needs them for the little Cabrio lol....

    So,

I need an "inexpensive" tire that can handle itself in the snow and is not a crap brand lol....

size (heres where it gets more difficult)

    185 or 195 / 60 / 14

She works in a high snow area in western NY and the roads aren't the best....

Right now I am having trouble finding anything that can top the Bridgestone Blizzak tires as far as snow grip for the price....

Nokian is a Finnish brand, their winter series is called "Hakkapellitta" (Yes, you have to be Finnish and pretty drunk to pronounce it) both studded and studless tyres, the RSI is unstudded and the best tire I´ve driven on winter roads.
    Could be worth checking into.
Nokian also makes cellphones, but I guess you already knew that!

Mind you though, I was never dissapointed with the Bridgestones, theyre great!

Here in Sweden tires are expensive as h*ll, for instance, a Kuhmo 245/45 - 20 for my Maggie is about 500 USD, same tyre at tyrerack.com is 120...
    No point in comparing prices...
Just a set of tires is good enough reason to make a trip over the "pond" to do some shopping.
For example, I bought my -07 Maggie at 25.500 USD with 4.500 miles on it, after transport and taxes I was looking at 37.000 USD.
Similar cars was advertised at 53.000 USD, a brand spanking new was a whooping 100.000 USD.
    That, and our petrol prices...
A bit of topic, my insurance is about 2.000 USD a year, 36 years of age, live in a house with garage, what do you pay? Fully covered!

Sorry about the shitty spelling, the time is 20.40 here and I´ve just put the kids to bed and poured myself a beer and a small Ancnoc (12 year old exellent whisky)

So that's why your country is in such good shape... most people can't afford it and are riding bicycles.

Muuuuahahahaha, no, pepole ride Volvos, Saabs, Beemers and Toyotas, they don´t drink (accept during weekends when they binge..) eat healthy, exercise and commit suicide when they realize they´re life sucks...
Honestly, a big part of owning a Maggie here is that pepole come up to me and ask how I can afford such a car, when I tell them its the same maths as their new Volvo they get a strange look in their face. Priceless!!!
All countrys and places have good and bad things, all in all, Sweden IS a great place to live. (You just gas up the car and let the kids starve...)
